Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases from PokerData (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by HFT Studio LLC, at pokerdata.io (the “Service”). How you may use the data is covered in our terms of use.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds as long as you receive the correct data.

Errors in the delivered data

The only exception is an error in the data we deliver — for example, data that is corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect. Email michael@pokerdata.io and describe the error. We will investigate, then either correct or replace the data, or refund the affected purchase.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
