Terms of Use

These terms cover how you may use data from PokerData (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by HFT Studio LLC, at pokerdata.io (the “Service”): downloadable range packs and the ranges API. By buying a pack or using an API key you agree to them. How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our privacy policy.
Downloaded packs
Anything you download from PokerData, including preflop packs, postflop solve archives, and game bundles, may be used for any purpose, including commercial use. For example, you can use it in your own study, in coaching, in paid content and courses, and in software you build and sell.
Ranges API
What you may do with API data depends on your plan:
- Starter and Pro: personal use only. You may use API data for your own study and personal projects, but not in a commercial product or service.
- Enterprise: you may use, display, and share API data inside your own training application, including one you charge your users for.
Not allowed on any API plan
You may not copy API data into a database, dataset, or archive of your own for commercial use. That includes bulk-downloading or systematically mirroring API responses to resell, redistribute, or build a competing data product or API. Caching is fine: a Enterprise application may keep API responses for up to one month to serve its users faster, but should not keep a permanent copy.
We may suspend or revoke API keys that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
