Common questions
Cancel or change a subscription
Both plans are cancellable yourself from your account — Studio and the ranges API each have a manage/cancel control there. Cancelling stops the next charge; access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can't find a purchase
Pack purchases are keyed to the email used at checkout. Open your downloads on the device you bought from, or the link on your Stripe receipt — that restores access anywhere. Still nothing? Email us the receipt.
API keys and access
Keys are minted and revoked from the API page, against the same email as the subscription. A key survives a lapsed subscription and starts working again on renewal.
Billing, receipts, refunds
Every charge is processed by Stripe and receipts come from them. For a refund or a charge you don't recognise, email us with the receipt or the last four digits of the card.
PokerData is a HFT Studio project, alongside Poker Study AI. Studio subscriptions are shared across both sites — cancelling on either one cancels the plan.
